David S. Rosen - Principal of Firm

David Rosen is the former head of the Bear Stearns Legal Department IP/Technology /Contracts/Privacy Group.

He directed the firm's legal services and risk control for all domestic and international technology, outsourcing and e-business efforts, and all intellectual property matters.

In addition, Mr. Rosen supervised and performed hands-on structuring, negotiating and drafting of a broad range of domestic and international transactions and contracts, representing the firm as a provider and as a consumer.

As Chief Privacy Legal Counsel, he developed and implemented all privacy policies.

Mr. Rosen obtained his law degree cum laude from Fordham Law School, and was a member of the Fordham Law Review.
